💐💕 اولاد کی تعلیم و تربیت 💕💐
بچوں کی تربیت کے حوالے سے ایک بات یاد رکھیے کہ جانور اور انسان میں ایک بنیادی فرق ہے کہ جانور صرف بچوں کو پالتا ہے مگر انسان اولاد کو پالتا بھی ہے اور ان کی تربیت بھی کرتاہے....
پہلا سوال یہ ہے کہ بچوں کی تربیت کی مناسب عمر کیا ہے تو یہ بات یاد رکھیے کہ علماء نے فرمایا ہے کہ.
سات سال تک بچے کو اپنے سینے سے لگا کر رکھو تاکہ ماں باپ کی محبت و شفقت کی خوشبو میں اس کی تربیت ہو، پھر 14ویں سال تک اس کو غلاموں کی طرح رکھو یعنی اس کی ہر طرح سے مکمل نگرانی کرو، پھر21 اکیسویں سال تک اس کو دوست بنا کر رکھو تاکہ باہر کے برے دوستوں سے بچنے کا موقع اس کو میسر رہے.. اب 21 سال کے بعد وہ معاشرے میں مثبت کردار ادا کرنے والا ایک نوجوان بن چکا ہوگا......
آج کے ماہرین نفسیات یہ کہتے ہیں کہ بچہ پیدا ہونے کے فورا بعد سیکھنے کے عمل سے گزرنا شروع کردیتا ہے حتیٰ کہ چھ مہینے کی عمر کو پہنچنے تک کئی سو الفاظ اپنے دماغ میں محفوظ کر لیتا ہے اور تین سال کی عمر کو پہنچنے تک تقریبا ضرورت کی تمام زبان سیکھ لیتا ہے... 
مگر فی زمانہ ایک بات کا اضافہ کرنا چاہتا ہوں آج کے اس دور میں دو تین سال کے بچے کی انگلی موبائل فون یا آئی پیڈ وغیرہ پر  چلنا شروع ہوتی ہے... 
بچہ خود سے کچھ بھی ڈاؤن لوڈ کرنے کی صلاحیت نہیں رکھتا مگر وہی جو ماں باپ اسے دکھانا چاہیں اس لئے ہمیشہ بچے کی تربیت کے لیے اسے ابتدائی سالوں میں اچھا دکھانے کی کوشش کریں... 
ٹھیک ہے آپ نے جوانی کے ایام شادی سے پہلے جیسے بھی گزارے ہوں جب آپ کی اولاد آپ کے سامنے سیکھنے کے مراحل میں آجائے تو اپنی عادتوں کو بدل لیجئے... 
کیونکہ اَلْوَلَدٌ سِرٌّ لِاَبِیْہِ اولاد والدین کا عکس ہوتی ہے.. 
فرمان نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہے بچہ دین فطرت پر پیدا ہوتا ہے اور دین فطرت دین اسلام ہے اس کے ماں باپ اسے یہودی یا نصرانی بنا دیتے ہیں... 
اور یہ یاد رکھیے کی تربیت کوئی گولی یا ٹیبلٹ نہیں کہ آپ بچے کو کھلا دیں گے اور اس کی تربیت ہو جائے گی بلکہ یہ ایک مستقل عمل ہے.. جو آپ کریں گے بچہ اسی سے سیکھے گا... 
ایک عورت اپنے دو سال کے بچے کو لے کر ایک دانشور کے پاس گئی کہ مجھے یہ بتائیں کہ میں اپنے بچے کی تربیت کس طرح سے کروں دانشور نے کہا بی بی تجھے تین سال پہلے میرے پاس آنا چاہیے تھا اس نے کہا مگر بچہ تو ابھی دو سال کا ہے میں تین سال پہلے کیسے آ جاتی دانشور نے کہا پہلے  تجھے (یعنی ماں کو) تربیت کی ضرورت تھی پھر بچے کی تربیت ہوگی.... 
اور تربیت کرنے میں خوف اور ادب میں فرق سکھائیں.. 
ماں باپ کا ادب، نانی، نانا، دادی دادا، کا ادب، اساتذہ کا ادب، اپنے سے بڑوں کا ادب، اُن کے مقام و مرتبہ کی وجہ سے ادب کرنا سکھائیں نہ کہ ان کا خوف دلوں میں بٹھائیں.. 
خوف اگر سکھانا ہو تو اللہ تبارک و تعالی کا، گناہ سے بچنے کا کسی کا حق کھانے کا، کسی کے ساتھ زیادتی کرنے کا خوف دلوں میں بٹھائیں... 
اللہ تعالی نے قرآن کریم میں ارشاد فرمایا
یا ایھالذین آمنو قو انفسکم واہلیکم نارا،،، اے ایمان والو اپنے آپ کو اور اپنے اہل وعیال کو جہنم کی آگ سے بچاؤ....... 
تربیت اولاد میں ماں کا کردار
معاشرہ اگر وجود میں آیا تو صرف حضرت آدم علیہ السلام  سے نہیں بلکہ اماں حوا سے معاشرہ بنا...
کیونکہ آدم علیہ سلام اگر اکیلے جنت میں ہزاروں سال بھی رہتے تو اکیلے ہی ہوتے، پھر اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ نے معاشرہ( سوسائٹی) بنانا چاہی تو آدم و حوا کو رشتہ ازواج میں جوڑا، پھر اولاد کی نعمت عطا کی اور ان معاشرے میں عدل و انصاف کے تقاضے پورے کرنے کے لئے آئین یعنی شریعت عطا کی، تاکہ ایک دوسرے کے حقوق کو پہچانا جا سکے...
                                   پہلی درس گاہ
معاشرے میں سب سے پہلے ماں اپنا کردار نبھائے گی اس نظام عدل و انصاف، معاشرتی تقاضے ماں باپ نے اپنی اولاد کو منتقل کرنے ہیں، یہ درست ہے کہ بیٹا ماں باپ کا سہارا ہے مگر بیٹی کے بغیر یہ معاشرہ مکمل ہی کب ہے۔

آج کی مائیں جس انداز میں پرورش کر رہی ہیں ذرا اس کی چند جھلکیاں ملا حظہ کیجئے۔
دوران حمل ماں کا زیادہ تروقت ٹی وی کے آگے گزرتا ہے ۔اگر لائٹ نہیں ہے تو جنسی رومانی ناول پڑھ کر وقت گزارے گی اور اگر زیادہ طبیعت مچلی تو کہیں آؤٹنگ پر نکل جاتی ہے…باہر کی ہوا لگوانے …جی ہاں نماز پڑھتے ہوئے اسے تکلیف ہوتی ہے اس کا بی پی ہائی ہو جاتا ہے ۔لیکن ٹی وی دیکھتے ہوئے اور ناول پڑھتے ہوئے یا باہر کی ہوا لگواتے ہوئے ،گھومتے پھرتے اس کا بی پی ہائی نہیں ہوتا…

حقوق اللہ اور حقوق العباد انسان پر سب سے پہلے حقوق اللہ کی ادائیگی کو ضروری قرار دیا گیا ہے، کیونکہ انسان کو عدم سے وجود بخشنے والا صرف ایک اللہ ہے، لہذا انسان کے خالق و مالک ہونے کے ناطے اللہ تعالی کے حقوق ہر لحاظ سے فائق و برتر ہیں اور حقوق اللہ میں سرفہرست حق یہ ہے کہ اللہ تعالی کو وحدہ لاشریک مانا جاۓ اور توحید باری تعالی کا قولی وعملی اقرار کیا جاۓ- روز آخرت انسان کی نجات کا معیار یہی توحید باری تعالی ہے۔ حقوق اللہ کے بعد حقوق العباد کا معاملہ ہے- حقوق العباد میں سرفہرست والدین کا حق ہے- اللہ تعالی کے بعد انسان کا سب سے قریبی تعلق اپنے والدین سے ہوتا ہے- والدین ہی اسکی پیدائش کا ذریعہ بنتے ہیں اور اسکی تعلیم وتربیت کی وجہ سے دیگر انسانوں کے مقابلہ میں سب سے زیادہ وہی اس بات کا حق رکھتے ہیں کہ انکے ساتھ نیکی اور حسن سلوک کیا جاۓ۔ قرآن مجید کی کم وبیش چار آیات میں اللہ تعالی نے والدین کے حق کو اپنے حق کے متصل بعد ذکر کیا ہے جس سے صاف معلوم ہو جاتا ہے کہ اللہ کی نگاہ میں والدین کے حقوق کی کیا اہمیت ہے۔ اللہ تعالی کی عبادت کرو اور اسکے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراؤ اور والدین کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک کرو

دو کسان بھائی جڑواں کھیتوں میں رہتے اور کام کرتے تھے۔ وہ کاشتکاری اکٹھے کیا کرتے تھے۔ کام کے دوران وہ ایک دوسرے سے مشینری، مزدور اور دیگر اشیاء کا بلاروک ٹوک لین دین کرتے رہتے ۔ایک روزان کے درمیان پہلی مرتبہ تنازعہ پیدا ہوگیاجس کی وجہ سے بالآخر اس طویل شراکت داری کا اختتام ہوگیا۔جھگڑا ایک معمولی غلط فہمی کے نتیجے میں پیدا ہوا

جو بعد میں بڑے تنازعے کا باعث بنا۔دونوں بھائیوں کے درمیان کئی تلخ کلمات کا تبادلہ ہوا جس کے بعد دونوں بھائیوں کے مابین کئی ہفتوں کی خاموشی چھا گئی۔چھوٹے بھائی نے درمیان میں موجود چراگاہ کو ندی میں تبدیل کر ڈالا۔بڑے بھائی سے بھی رہانہ گیا۔

ایک دن بڑے بھائی نے ایک ترکھان کو ندی کے ایک طرف باڑ لگانے کا کہا۔ترکھان کو باڑ کا کہہ کر بڑابھائی کسی کام کے سلسلے میں شہر چلا گیا۔ ترکھان پورا دن بھرپور محنت اور توجہ سے کام کرتا رہا۔ جب شام کے وقت کسان واپس لوٹا تو ترکھان اپنا کام مکمل کر چکا تھا۔ کسان کی آنکھیں کھلی کی کھلی رہ گئیں جب اس نے دیکھا کہ وہاں کوئی باڑ موجود نہ تھی بلکہ صرف ایک پل تھا جو ندی کے اوپر سے ایک کنارے سے دوسرے کنارے تک جارہاتھا۔ پل پر کام بہت مہارت اور خوبصورتی سے کیا گیا تھا۔ کسان کا چھوٹا بھائی پل پر مخالف سمت سے اپنے ہاتھ پھیلائے آتا ہوا دکھائی دیا۔اس نے کہا کہ تم نے یہ پل بنا کر کیا خوب کام کیا۔دونون بھائی پل کے درمیان آمنے سامنے آئے، رک کر ایک دوسرے کا ہاتھ تھاما اور گلے لگ گئے۔ ترکھان یہ منظر دیکھ کر خوش ہوا اور اپنا سامان اٹھائے واپس ہو لیا۔ جب دونوں بھائیوں نے ترکھان کو جاتے دیکھا تو اسے روکا اوربڑے بھائی نے کہا کہ ہمارے پاس کچھ دن رک جاؤ میرے پاس تمہارے لئے بہت سا کام ہے۔ترکھان نے کہا کہ مجھے یہاں رہنے میں بے حدخوشی ہوتی لیکن ابھی مجھے کئی اورایسے پل بنانے ہیں۔۔۔۔

Report: Black Men Spend More Time in Prison Than Whites for Same Crimes

African-American men spend an average of 20 percent more time in prison than white men for similar crimes, according to a new report by the U.S. Sentencing Commission.

The study, released Tuesday, analyzed sentencing data for blacks and whites between 2008 and 2016, The Hill reports.

The commission's effort found that African-American men serve sentences that average 19.1 percent longer than those for white men.

FBI Report on Black 'Extremists' Raises New Monitoring Fears

An FBI report on the rise of black "extremists" is stirring fears of a return to practices used during the civil rights movement, when the bureau spied on activist groups without evidence they had broken any laws.
The FBI said it doesn't target specific groups, and the report is one of many its intelligence analysts produce to make law enforcement aware of what they see as emerging trends. A similar bulletin on white supremacists, for example, came out about the same time.
The 12-page report, issued in August, says "black identity extremists" are increasingly targeting law enforcement after police killings of black men, especially since the shooting of Michael Brown roiled Ferguson, Missouri, in 2014. The report describes cases in which "extremists" had "acted in retaliation for perceived past police brutality incidents." It warned that such violence was likely to continue.
Black leaders and activists were outraged after Foreign Policy revealed the existence of the report last month. The Congressional Black Caucus, in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, said the report "conflates black political activists with dangerous domestic terrorist organizations" and would further erode the frayed relationship between police and minority communities.
"I have never met a black extremist. I don't know what the FBI is talking about," said Chris Phillips, a filmmaker in Ferguson.
Before the Trump administration, the report might not have caused such alarm. The FBI noted it issued a similar bulletin warning of retaliatory violence by "black separatist extremists" in March 2016, when the country had a black president, Barack Obama, and black attorney general, Loretta Lynch.
But black voters overwhelmingly opposed Donald Trump. And they are suspicious of his administration, which has been criticized as insensitive on racial issues, including when Trump was slow to condemn white nationalist protesters following a deadly rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions, a former Alabama senator whose career has been dogged by questions about race and his commitment to civil rights, did not ease lawmakers' concerns when he was unable to answer questions about the report or its origins during a congressional hearing this past week.
Sessions said he was aware of "groups that do have an extraordinary commitment to their racial identity, and some have transformed themselves even into violent activists." He struggled to answer the same question about white extremists.
It wouldn't be unusual for an attorney general not to have seen such an FBI assessment, which the FBI creates on its own to circulate internally among law enforcement agencies. But the exchange with Rep. Karen Bass, a Los Angeles Democrat, presented an uncomfortable moment.
"What worries me about this terribly is that this is that it is a flashback to the past," Bass said after the hearing. She said she was especially concerned after receiving complaints from members of Black Lives Matter, who said they were being monitored and harassed by police in her district.
The group rallies after racially charged encounters with police, but it is not mentioned in the FBI's intelligence assessment. Even so, Bass said she worried the report will send a message to police that it's OK to crack down on groups critical of law enforcement.
The FBI does not comment on its intelligence bulletins, which usually are not public. In a statement, the FBI said it cannot and will not open an investigation based solely on a person's race or exercise of free speech rights.
"Our focus is not on membership in particular groups but on individuals who commit violence and other criminal acts," the FBI said. "Furthermore, the FBI does not and will not police ideology. When an individual takes violent action based on belief or ideology and breaks the law, the FBI will enforce the rule of law."
The assessments are designed to help law enforcement agencies stay ahead of emerging problems and should not be seen as a sign of a broader enforcement strategy, said Jeffrey Ringel, a former FBI agent and Joint Terrorism Task force member who now works for the Soufan Group, a private security firm. Agencies can decide for themselves whether the assessment reflects a real problem, he said.
Still, some veterans of the black and Latino civil rights movement said the FBI assessment reminded them of the bureau's now-defunct COINTELPRO, a covert and often illegal operation under Director J. Edgar Hoover in the 1950s and 1960s. Agents were assigned to "expose, disrupt, misdirect, or otherwise neutralize the activities of black nationalists," Hoover said in a once-classified memo to field agents.
David Correia, an American Studies professor at the University of New Mexico, said the new memo carries a similar message.
"It's part of their playbook," he said. "They try to characterize legitimate concerns about something like police violence as somehow a danger so they can disrupt protests." The FBI used a similar tactic to try to cause confusion among New Mexico Hispanic land grant activists in the 1960s, he said.
The cases listed in the new bulletin include that of a sniper who said he was upset about police treatment of minorities before killing five officers during a protest in Dallas, and a man who wrote of the need to inflict violence on "bad cops" before killing three in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In each of the cases, the FBI alleges the suspects were connected to radical ideologies linked to black nationalism.
Phillips, who is set to release a film about the shooting of Brown and its aftermath, said if the FBI were really worried about unrest, it should turn its focus to the concerns of the people "who are protesting in the streets" instead of targeting people who face discrimination daily.

Guardian: Weinstein Hired Team to Investigate Leakers

Harvey Weinstein hired a team to investigate 91 film industry figures in an attempt to stop harassment claims going public, the Guardian reported Saturday. 

Weinstein, 65, was forced out of Weinstein Co., the independent film company he co-founded and catapulted to Oscar glory, after a New York Times investigative piece published in early October said the producer sexually harassed women and paid off his accusers for decades.

At least 29 women have accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct, including A-listers Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie.

Weinstein’s list, compiled in early 2017, includes actors, publicists, producers, financiers and others working in the film industry. Rose McGowan, who accused Weinstein of raping her, is listed, along with Lauren O’Connor, who once worked for Weinstein and described the environment at Miramax as “toxic … for women.”

NYC Subway to Use Gender-neutral Terms During Announcements


When it comes to the New York City subways, there's no such thing as ladies and gentlemen.
Conductors on subway trains have been told to stop addressing passengers as "ladies and gentlemen" when making announcements about delays, detours or other things, and instead use the gender-neutral terms "passengers," ''riders," and "everyone."
The new train announcement scripts are part of an effort by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to improve communication with passengers frustrated with having to deal with a system troubled with delays, mechanical failures and even derailments. Conductors have also been instructed to give subway riders more information about delays, departing from a longtime practice of making sparse announcements that sometimes obscure the real reason a train isn't moving.
A lack of straightforward info, officials say, can leave passengers wondering if they should ride it out, transfer trains or get out and hail a cab.
"I have been in situations where they said it'll be moving shortly or momentarily," subway passenger Judith Mosh said as she waited for a train in a Manhattan station. "Sometimes momentarily means two minutes, sometimes it means 20 minutes."
Knowing if a delay was likely to last could help riders make alternative plans, she said.
The new scripts were detailed in a bulletin sent out to all train service personnel earlier this month and are the first substantial change to the "blue book," which governs how to communicate with riders, in almost 30 years, said Jon Weinstein, MTA spokesman.
The first part covered the greetings used for passengers, replacing "ladies and gentlemen" with the other neutral phrases, which follows a similar step taken by the London Underground over the summer.
Inclusiveness was a factor in the change, as was a desire to try out some other greetings, Weinstein said. The usage will still be heard in recorded announcements until they are all phased out, he said.
In a segment on delays, the bulletin tells conductors to give "as much information as is appropriate and in very plain language," which includes giving reasons for the delay and estimates for how long it will last, if the conductor knows.
"It all goes to this fundamental need to make sure we're getting people the information they need," Weinstein said. "What it ultimately should come down to is a clearer, crisper, more informative way of speaking to our customers."
The conductors can also play tour guide, and can now give announcements about certain places like the Bronx Zoo, the Brooklyn Museum and the Apollo Theater when trains stop at stations near those locations.
"We have noticed that when our conductors give our customers a little information about the various sites of interest across the city, it makes their commute brighter," the bulletin said.
Some conductors in a pilot program will also get smartphones enabling them to get information they can transmit to riders as needed, Weinstein said. The MTA also plans to hold training sessions for conductors on how to make announcements easier to understand by speaking clearly and slowly.
Advocates for transit users appreciated the efforts.
"I think it's all about making the experience more of a human one," Rebecca Bailin, campaign manager at Riders Alliance, a grassroots transportation advocacy group. "Sometimes you feel like a cog and nobody cares. I think perhaps with more information, more human information, this will help riders navigate the system better."
Rider Pat Goring appreciated the efforts toward clearer communication, but was still desperate to see the system's performance improved.
"It does count," the Brooklyn resident said, "but just fix the trains."
The communication changes are part of a broader plan the MTA leadership announced in August, which would involve spending $836 million effort to fix problems in an aging system that operates 8,000 trains daily over more than 650 miles of track and has an average weekday ridership of 5.7 million.

The Trump administration warned 29 "sanctuary cities" this week that they must prove they are cooperating with federal immigration law by Dec. 8 to receive federal aid.

"Jurisdictions that adopt so-called 'sanctuary policies' also adopt the view that the protection of criminal aliens is more important than the protection of law-abiding citizens and of the rule of law," Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a news release this week, The Wall Street Journal reports.

"I urge all jurisdictions found to be potentially out of compliance in this preliminary review to reconsider their policies that undermine the safety of their residents."

The letters, dated Wednesday, were signed by Acting Assistant U.S. Attorney General Alan Hanson and were sent to local officials from Vermont to Oregon, the Journal reports.

Other jurisdictions included Washington, D.C., several cities or counties in California, and major state capitals like Denver, McClatchy reports.

Hanson noted that federal funding required the jurisdictions to comply with laws that forbid states and localities from ordering officials to not turn over information about illegal immigrants held in local jails.

Justice Department officials, however, declined to say what action would be taken against communities that did not show compliance by the Dec. 8 deadline, the Journal reports.

The targeted areas received Byrne Justice Assistance Grants in fiscal 2016.

The program is administered by the agency — and Trump officials have said that noncomplying jurisdictions should be required to repay previous allocations.

Hanson's letter also directed officials to inform the agency if they would comply with federal statutes if they are approved for the aid in the future.

Some of the areas have told the department that they already share the immigration information with federal officials, but have other policies that protect illegals, the Journal reports.

In January, President Donald Trump signed an executive order directing Justice to deny certain federal grants to communities that did not cooperate with federal immigration authorities.

Last spring, California and eight other jurisdictions were notified that they could lose millions of dollars in Byrne grants for noncompliance.

Many jurisdictions have since challenged the White House on the issue in court — and at least three federal judges have temporarily blocked all or part of Trump's executive order.

On Wednesday, a federal judge in Philadelphia stopped the administration from denying grant money to the city based on the laws outlined in Hanson's letter, the Journal reports.

In California, Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown signed a law in October limiting cooperation between local law enforcement and federal immigration officials but does not completely block all communication.

It takes effect in January.

The White House has attacked the law as a public safety risk because immigration will not be able to arrest criminal illegal suspects while in state or local custody.

Santa Clara County, Calif., is among the communities suing the administration over the funding issue. It contends the compliance requirements are politically motivated.

"Apparently, the federal government can’t keep track of who received taxpayer money," Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors President Dave Cortese told the Journal. "We demand that the federal government immediately rescind its erroneous letter."
